Look! The pencil is LONG and straight. The ball is ROUND. Long things have two ends, but round things have no corners at all.
Look closer: the round ball has no corners at all. The long pencil has two pointed ends.
Look around your house — what is LONG? Like a ruler, a rope, or a snake? What is ROUND? Like a plate, a clock, or an orange?
Activity: Find one LONG thing and one ROUND thing in your home.
