Between any two rational numbers, there are infinitely many other rational numbers! An easy way to find one is to take the average of the two numbers.

A rational number between 1/2 and 3/4 is (1/2 + 3/4) ÷ 2 = (2/4 + 3/4) ÷ 2 = 5/8.
